洲际集团正式任命朱天皓先生为北京方恒假日酒店市场销售部总监，他加入酒店行业已有十年，拥有丰富的国际品牌酒店管理经验。在经历多年的酒店管理生涯后，总结出了一套自己的管理哲学，乐观执着的他强调一致性、耐心和团队合作。此前担任北京中关村皇冠假日酒店销售总监一职。
在他看来：“团队精神是根本，要站在他人的立场看问题，无论是对待客人还是酒店员工。”热爱书法和摄影的他具有很多的创造力、想象力。他将把他独有的坚韧执着运用到管理工作中，带领北京方恒假日酒店开创新纪元。
